I don´t know how you feel but Covid sucks. I know in my situation I shouldn´t complain because I haven´t been infected so far and also my family and friends are still healthy. Just had a few colleagues with a little version of Corona or heard from friends that someone they know had it.
Therefore I am really happy that I am still healthy. What sucks is that you looses the contact to your friends and beloved ones. Even though if you try to write as much as you can via WhatsApp or Telegram, set up video chats via Zoom or organize online game nights - it can´t replace the personnel get togethers. It is better than nothing but I am missing my friends...
In Germany, especially Bavaria, there some strict rules and the people do there best to follow them. Corona is the reason why people have to think about new activities in their spare time. Walks in the nature have become really popular. For me not really a new activity because I love it to spend time outside with my dog and in general in our garden already before that.
Due to the minium spectrum of activities I have decided to draw/paint more this year. The year before was very poor and I have to admit sometimes it was a lack of motivation or tiredness caused by work. But drawing helps me to forget the Covid-situation, calm down and improve myself.
Besides this I try to begin again with dancing using some tutorial videos on Youtube. I have never been really sporty but I found out that dancing works for me. So, let´s dance!
Still also read a lot of mangas and from time to time a good novel (last one has been "The Sun sister" of Lucinda Riley). Also listening sometimes to an audiobook while drawing. If somebody can recommend me a book or manga (I have to admit I am a Shojo lover), I really would appreciate it.
